Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned transactions, from origination through closing.
• Manage relationships with clients, investors, and cross-border advisory partners.
• Oversee the work of analysts, ensuring quality and accuracy of financial analysis and deliverables.
• Contribute to business development, including pitch preparation and market positioning.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A advisory, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record of managing transactions and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
